Yes. We offer free inspections. Submit the inspection form and our team will contact you to coordinate a visit.
How do I know whether I need a roof repair or a full replacement?
It depends on the age and condition of the roof, the type and extent of the damage, and whether the problem is isolated or widespread. A professional inspection is the most reliable way to find out. We explain what we find and recommend repair or replacement based on the condition of your roof.
What are common signs of hail or storm damage?
Common signs include cracked, bruised, or missing shingles, dents on metal vents and flashing, granules collecting in gutters or downspouts, and water stains on ceilings or walls after a storm. Some damage is not visible from the ground, which is why an inspection is helpful.
What should I do after a storm?
Start with safety and stay off the roof. If it is safe to do so, take photos of any visible damage and limit further water intrusion inside your home. Then contact us to request an inspection. If you have questions about your policy or coverage, contact your insurance company.
Can you help document damage related to an insurance claim?
Yes. During our inspection we document what we find with photos, measurements, and notes, and we can provide our contractor scope and estimate for the proposed work. Your insurance company makes all coverage and payment decisions. Moderna is the roofing and restoration contractor. We do not act as a public adjuster or represent homeowners to insurance carriers.
What happens after I submit the inspection form?
Our team reviews your request and contacts you to coordinate a visit. The form does not book a date automatically. During the inspection we look at your roof and property, explain what we find, and talk through the next steps.
How long does a roof replacement typically take?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the roof, the materials selected, and the weather. We review the expected schedule with you once the project scope is established.
Do you provide emergency roof tarping?
Yes. Emergency roof tarping is part of our Emergency Services and helps limit further water intrusion after storm damage. Contact us to discuss your situation.
